Dr. Seuss B-Day


Green Eggs & Ham
Red Cupcakes with Purple Icing
Yesterday was Dr. Seuss' B-Day, so of course we had to celebrate. For dinner I made the kids Green Eggs & Ham, for dessert we had red cupcakes with purple icing, and finally we watched The Cat in the Hat & other favorites before bed. I love Dr. Seuss and I thought it was another good reason to get the kids excited about reading.

That is so cool. I love Dr. Seuss too. The boys school has Dr. Seuss day and night. I have cat in the hat stuff for them to wear, but the snow has cancelled all of that. I hope they reschedule. The boys are so bummed.
