Today we went to Periwinkles for there annual "Princess Party". All the little girls on Kent Island dress up and come to the store. They have free face painting, cookies, magic wands, & activities; all while the Mommy's shop. It's really nothing big, but it's always fun.

I still think Snow White was the prettiest!!

2 Years Old

We went back to the Doctor's today; for the third time this week. However, this time was for Brody's two year check up. He is doing great. He weighs 29lbs. & is 35" tall. This puts him in the 60-70% range. So he is alittle above average, but we already knew that! The great news is he isn't due for shots until he goes to Kinder garden-Yeah!

Bucket

No Brody was not hiding; he actually fell asleep in this bucket! For some reason he loves getting in and out of the bucket all the time. Yesterday right after lunch, he got up from the table and when Matt went to check on him,( literally like 2 seconds later)-this is what we found!

Amoxicillin x 2

Well, Friday we took Brody to the Doctor's and he has another ear infection along with all the trimmings; runny nose, cough, fever, congestion. Monday I was back in the office with Brooke this time because she was running a fever of 100.5. Turns out she has Strep Throat. Enough said.

1st Day of Pre-K

Good morning sunshine, rise & shine.
Every good day starts with a good breakfast.
Ready to walk in.
Found my seat and ready to play. My teacher walking me out to the car.
Me & my teacher Mrs. Campion!

Matt & I are sooooo excited Brooke has Mrs. Campion for her teacher this year. She is the best! Brooke is going everyday from 9-12. They have Art, Music, Chapel, Movement, Outdoor Play, Indoor Play, and don't forget all the learning. I love this school and wish it went up to 8th Grade.

Brody's 2nd B-Day

For Brody's B-Day, we decided to have a picnic with Matt's parents after we picked Brooke up from school. We also decided not to cook that night and go to dinner. We went to dinner at Harris Crab House, then went over to The Crab Deck to feed the ducks. Brody LOVES to feed the ducks! However, this time he decided to taunt the ducks and chase them the entire time. We all had a great time-God I love living on the shore!

Brody's B-Day Party

Today we had Brody's 2nd Birthday Party. He will actual turn 2 tomorrow the 8th. I think everything went well and everyone seemed to have a good time, especially Brody. It was great to see everyone; friends, family, cousins, etc.. Here are some pics.

Treasure Hunt

Pirates were spotted off the coast of the Atlantic Ocean while we were on vacation. I thought I spotted their ship early one morning while I was checking the crab pots at 1:00am. Sure enough the next morning Brooke found a treasure map and our hunt was on. Our first clue was to head in the direction of the blue boat in our canal. Then we had to look for number 135, the rose bush, and the bird statue. We finally spotted the treasure at the end of our canal in the marsh. It was full of real money & jewels! The kids loved it!!!

Boogie Boarding

Early in the week of our vacation, we had my nephews Matt & Jake with us for a few days. Saturday late in the afternoon we all decided we would go boogie boarding/skim boarding after the Lifeguards went in. The skim boarding didn't last long, but the boogie boarding did. Everyone had a great time and we were out there for HOURS! Of course it ended up with Matt taking turns pulling each one of them around. The only drama was when Brooke had to pee and she wouldn't go in the ocean. We improvised and found a bucket; problem solved.
