Cousins

We have been very busy this week with the kids and my nephews. We have, gone to the carnival, the movies, to the pool a few times, hit 2 pool parties & 1 birthday party. It's been great! (I think i'm going to die of exhaustion). Here are some highlights.

Shalom

We were getting ready for the pool the other day and Brody got a hold of the pad for my bathing suit top. S0.......Put on your Yomakah it's time for Chanukah! I think Brody will light the Menorah this Christmas!!!

Carnival

My nephews Matt & Jake are spending the week with us again. Sunday night we went to opening night of the carnival with the parade, etc... Brody wasn't feeling very well, so it ended up being; myself, Matt, Jake, & Brooke. They had a great time. They won so much crap, I had to make two trips back to the car to load it all. Ridiculous!!! Oh, this also includes another goldfish. Now we have "Goldie the goldfish", and "Patty the goldfish". Thank God these are the only pets i'm ever going to have.

Cooking 101 & Backyard Warriors

Yesterday Brody decided he wanted to help with breakfast. He really did good & he listened. Watch out Emeril!!!

Brooke's friend Samantha also came over while her Dad helped Matt with his big "backyard project". They started to get alittle antsy so it was time to bake some cookies. Cookies always seem to do the trick.

We finally got Brooke & Brody's playset in we ordered at Easter. Matt decided to revamp our entire backyard and plans to add in a flower garden, bench, and path. I'll keep everyone posted!!!

Rock Star

Fishing Hole

Friday morning we met Mae & Pap at the Narrows for some fishing. Lucky Brooke did it again. Here she is with her fish. I think they caught a total of 10 fish! I love living on the shore.

Bowie Pool

Thursday the Steen's, Redden's, & O'Neill's (minus the husbands) met at the community pool in Bowie. What an awesome time! The kids had a blast and the baby pool there is the perfect size. As you can see, they also enjoyed the ice cream. Brooke & Brody did so well, that I went and joined the pool at the Narrows this morning. Yippie!!!!
